Privacy Policy

At Industrial EquipSol Limited (IESL), we have established clear policies to ensure smooth operations and transparent dealings with our clients. Below are the key policies:

• Payment:
  100% payment is required in advance before the delivery of any product, via BEFTN or A/C Payee cheque in Favor of Industrial EquipSol Limited.
• Service Warranty:
  A service warranty of 12 (Twelve) months is provided for any manufacturing faults, starting from the date of commissioning or installation of the product. This warranty does not cover parts and accessories.
• After Sales Service:
  IESL commits to responding within 24 hours within Dhaka and 48 hours outside Dhaka when service is required at the buyer’s designated location within the country.
  Labor-free service will be provided for 01 (one) year from the date of installation.
• Offer Validity:
  The quotation offer is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Delivery:
  Delivery will be made within 07 working days after receiving the formal purchase order and advance payment.
• Delivery & Installation Cost:
  Delivery and installation are free of charge within Dhaka city.
• Operation & Service Manual:
  An operation and service manual will be provided along with the products.
• Pricing:
  The product price may change at any time due to changes in government policy.
